Day 50 - Signs of Spring

This tree just outside my window has been bare for a few months now but just the other day I noticed it has started to blossom again showing that Spring is just around the corner.

I didn't use any presets for this picture. Just bumped the contrast and clarity and adjusted the saturation. I do shoot manual raw images which gives me more freedom to work with my images.

P.S. Congrats to all my other photog peeps who have made it 50 days! Can I get a high-five?

High Five! Yes, I would like to know what kind of tree that is too. Very pretty! I really should learn how to shoot raw.

The only thing we have blooming right now are weeds, but the saucer magnolias should be blooming soon. Beautiful.

I am so, so jealous! That is just simply beautiful! No signs of spring here yet (except for some warm temps)!

Very delicate - nice depth of field. And much prettier than all the snow I can still see.

gorgeous, and much further along than anything that is going to bloom over here.

Yay for 50 days!

Beautiful and encouraging . . . tomorrow a snow storm is set to arrive here . . . 12 more inches of snow expected. Keep the flower pictures coming.

Oh, what beautiful flowers! I can't wait for spring, my favorite time of year. BUT I don't want to wish time by so I try not to get too excited about it.

So happy to hear that you are running! I started 5 years ago and had previously never run in my life. I took baby steps at first then ran my first relay of 5.5 miles and did a bit more each year until this past half marathon. It's a wonderful feeling of clarity while running and relief when you are done. Good luck!

This is lovely! The dark green in the background contrasts so nicely with the soft pink and emphasizes the delicacy of the flowers and branches.
Yay for Spring :)
