I am having a moment...
Shocked to hear from me? I know I know. It's been ages! I'm surprised I still even have any followers. :) I'm sitting here today updating my personal family blog and as I am waiting for a video to upload I decided to browse through my 2011 - 365 project. As I peruse through the pictures I am actually quite surprised at how pretty some of them are. Confession: I haven't picked up my camera since Easter...literally. I took the batteries out and it has been packed away for months. Looking through all the pictures I took in 2011 made me really miss that creative side of me. This pregnancy has really wiped me out and I know once baby gets here I am going to want to pull out my camera again for sure, but a part of me is ready to tap into my creative side again and get out and start enjoying nature again. Maybe start trying to participate in Scavenger Hunt Sunday again...who knows. I miss all my photog friends. Hope you are all doing well! Hopefully you will hear more from me. I can't post something without a picture so here is the most recent picture of me this week at 30 weeks pregnant. Eeshk! Getting big!

This week is a big week for me and for this contest. This marks the one year anniversary since I started this contest and it has been such a joy to see the amount of talent that has come through. Each week I have so much trouble deciding on the winners because there are so many beautiful amazing images submitted.
Having said all that, I have decided that this would be a good time for me to pull back from the blogging world for a while. I do not have the time needed to devote to it and now with another little one on the way I will have even less time. I have met so many wonderful photographers since I started this blog a year and a half ago. I will miss the interaction and wealth of knowledge I have gleaned from so many.
