Day 226 - What big eyes you have!

The only lens I had on me when I took this photo of the dragonfly was my 18-135mm so I was pretty stoked with how close he let me get to take such a clear detailed shot.

I have no idea where this past week went. I have been so busy mostly trying to get thing all ready for my mini art show this weekend. I think when I got the idea from Digital Photography School, I didn't realize how much work it would entail. Do you follow them on Facebook? You really should! So thankful for my mom who has helped me so much with this financially and hands on getting all my photos framed and ready. She is going to be a huge help to me the day of as well. I'm excited and a little nervous.

I'm really trying to stay on top of commenting on all the blogs I follow, but I'm having a little trouble juggling everything. I usually have my weekly collage all put together Saturday night to post first thing Sunday morning, but you can see I just remembered to do it a few minutes ago.  I also have my Monday Linkup Feature, my daily Gettin' My Workout On blog, my Wednesday winners from my contest and my Friday weekly contest, and doing a little re-vamping to my website. I wanted to participate in Scavenger Hunt Sunday but just couldn't squeeze that in too. I've barely even been on Twitter because I just haven't had the time. Hopefully after my art show, things will return back to normal somewhat. I've also stepped back from being on the computer as much when my daughter is awake because the computer seemed to be taking too much of my attention away from her, so I get most of my work done during nap time and late into the night after she has gone to bed. I try not to go too late though cause the hubs and I like to spend some time together watching something on Hulu. Yeah, my bed time seems to get later and later these days. :) Not complaining by the way. I love staying busy.

Have a great week everyone! Be sure to check back for tomorrow's featured linkup.

Girl, you amaze me. I don't know how you do it all...and do it all so well. Make sure you take some time for just yourself every once in a while too. And btw, this bug shot is "DA BOMB". Holy cow, how did you get so close and such amazing detail! Incredible!
