High - Rain! It rained this week and we are always in need of some good rain here in SoCal. It was glorious!
Low - Neck pain. I got rear-ended a couple of weeks ago and didn't realize it at the time but I've been having some new neck pain that started within a couple days after the accident so though I'm not 100% sure that's what it's from, that's the only thing I can think of that could cause on-going discomfort like this.
High - Spending family time together at the zoo. Always makes me happy.
Low - Accidentally putting non-charged batteries into my camera for our zoo trip. My camera died after only a few shots. Ah well. We go all the time. :)
High - Cold weather. We don't really get a real winter here so I just love it when it's cold enough to wear a coat and scarf! I so much prefer winter to summer. I just don't enjoy being hot and it makes me so happy to bundle up in my cute coats and scarfs.
So there's just a few things about my week. I would love to hear about yours! You don't have to list a certain number of highs or lows, just whatever comes to mind. I love getting to know my readers better so feel free to leave a comment and tell me your high/low this week. I certainly hope you had more highs than lows for sure, but we all know that's not always the case.
Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

Just had a week of lows, but I am back on top now. Beautiful images of the peacock.
Wow, beautiful shots of the peacock!
Have a great weekend.
Greetings, Mette
That makes two of us that put in dead batteries. I woke up to one of those amazing mornings of horror frost so I ran out not checking the batteries first. I also got rear ended back in September so I feel your pain! Have a great weekend!
You are one of the few that I know that enjoys rain and cold weather in SoCal. I love when it rains coming from the Midwest because it never rains here! I enjoy the colder days sometimes too.
Highs are being in Hawaii on vacation...lows is baby boy isn't sleeping well and is whiney. I can overlook a LOT with sunshine.
3 Highs, 2 Lows - You're in good shape, the Highs win! For me: Low-my mom is noticably slowing down (but at 95 yrs. I'd slow down too); High-new window install completed in one day so I have my house back. Here's to more Highs for all! RE. your neck pain - don't let it go too long before seeing a Dr. or therapy. I have hernated disks and when they act up, life is miserable. My cure - a contour pillow = a good night's sleep.
Peacocks are such gorgeous creatures. I hope your neck feels better soon!
First, those peacock photos are just gorgeous!
High, I made it to my metals class and bible study this week after missing last week because of health issues, and low, my neck is hurting after blacking out in the bathroom last week!
Be sure to take care of your neck, I have ongoing issues and now degenerative disc disease because of a minor fender bender/whiplash.
Well, you got some awesome shots while your batteries did last! :)
They are such beautiful animals! Hope your neck starts feeling better!

The high-low thing is such a good idea....Highs this week: running the half marathon in Pasadena and spending time with my sister and husband...Lows: no lows this week....but, trust me when I say, I've made up for lows the last 3 years....so I'm probably due for less lows this year! =)
This past weekend: High- Hubs taking me to see my nephew for his 16th birthday & getting to spend time with my brother in his family! (That was a 500 mile trip one way for us.) Low- Feeling more and more like a cow with this pregnancy. And baby gaga just told me I'd feel like a whale before it was all said and done. lol. On a high note of that- I get a sweet baby out of the process & I only have 9 more weeks to go! :)
OMGravy! Gorgeous photos! I heart peacocks and you did an amazing job capturing their colors!!
Wonderful photos, especially I like the first one.
