Today's Featured Linkup - 'Take A Photo Tuesday'

I'm so excited to start this new feature for bloggers who host link ups on their blogs! It's a great way to bring all the different linkups together under one list instead of having to peruse around for linkups to participate in. Feel free to grab my button at the bottom of this post or under the 'buttons' tab at the top of the page to let others know about this easy access list of linkups.

And now for our first feature....

Rebecca over at From Mommy to Calm Insanity hosts the linkup called Take A Photo Tuesday on her blog. She has included the details of her linkup below:

It starts Monday evenings and runs through the following Sunday. Its a themed blog hop for photography. I will name a theme each week and then ask people to link up photos that go with the theme in some way and then I choose a winner each week as well.

Day 170 - Happy Father's Day

My handsome man being the best daddy to my beautiful baby girl....could I possibly be any more blessed?! My baby girl loves her Daddy! I'm just so in love with these two. I can't thank the Lord enough for giving my baby girl the best Daddy a little girl could ask for. Happy Father's Day!

I've posted this picture before but since digital pictures didn't exist when I was little I don't have many pictures of me and my dad stored on my computer. Though I can't celebrate with my dad here on this earth, I look forward to seeing him again in Heaven someday.

Day 169 - Foxtail Barley

I googled and googled to find out what this plant was called and this is the closest I could get. If I am incorrect feel free to let me know.

Feature Your Link Up

I know I have found out about other link ups by stumbling across them through other people's blogs when I see the little buttons posted linking me back to that person's blog. So, I came up with a fun idea. Each Monday morning I would like to feature a new link up that you personally host on your blog. I have done a sample of this in the "Other Link Ups" tab at the top of the page. I basically just wrote a little blurb about the iheartfaces link up and then posted their button below it to give people easy access to their contest on their site.

So, if you would like your link up featured on my blog, please send me an e-mail with a short little blurb of what your link up entails, when it starts and ends, etc. and the html code for your button to myall4christ (at) yahoo (dot) com. Each Monday a new link up will be featured in a short post and then your button will be permanently added to my "Other Link Ups" tab for anyone to find any time they visit my blog. I am accepting submissions now. Looking forward to accumulating a great list of some awesome link ups!

You will be notified when your link up is featured. All I ask in return is that when I post your feature, you include the below button on your blog somewhere either on your side bar or bottom bar so other people will have easy access to the list of link ups.

Day 168 - House Fly

For being a house fly, it's not in my house very much. Only those big nasty black ones. Ok, so it's not a very interesting insect but certainly normally a difficult one to capture. To my surprise it stayed really still while I snapped away.

Favorite Photo of the Week Contest - Week 4

Week 4 is here for the Favorite Photo of the Week Contest. I was so impressed with the amount of submissions and such creativity you all have! If you are not yet a follower please become one so you will be notified when the contests and winners are posted. I have added a couple of details so please be sure to read them.

Details:
1. Linky opens Friday at 12:01am and closes Monday at 11:59pm.

2. Winners will be announced the following Wednesday.
3. Photo must be taken this week.(Sun - Sat)
4. Only one entry per person.
5. "Favorite Photo of the Week" button must be on your post in order for it to qualify.
6. Link only to your blog post not your main blog url.
7. If you have more than one photo on a posting please specify which photo you are submitting.

8. If you submit a photo you are granting me permission to copy and paste it onto my blog if you win.
9. It's not mandatory but do try to visit other participant's blogs and give them some comment love.

10. I will choose the top 5 photos and the overall winner from your entries.

As always my challenge to you is to be creative. Think outside of the box. Try to find the extraordinary in the ordinary.
