Bright and sunny in the upper 70s today. The hubs suggested we get out and enjoy it and possibly help me find a picture for today. This out of commission lighthouse was my subject of choice.
"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." Matthew 5:16 (KJV)

I love everything about this...just beautiful!
Gorgeous!
And oh how I long for temps in the 70s! :)
I love photos of old buildings. I need to give my self a little nudge to venture out into the tundra and capture some old buildings in the snow. Beautiful!
I love how the light shines. Lighthouses always make for great photo ops:)
Imagine living in a house with a huge light above you - and on the beach, too! AND in the 70's. I remember days with 70 degrees but it's been awhile.
love this post and the verse that goes along with it :)
I love photographing lighthouses. Unfortunatly I live more than 700 mi. away from any. Where is this one, it is beautiful.
Beautiful photo and beautiful verse.
I like how the building is set on an angle. Lovely shot.
Great capture! Looks like a great place to visit. Glad you and your husband were able to take some time to explore and enjoy each others company.
This is just so pretty, Misty. It is so nice that your husband takes an interest in your photography. Do you mind sharing the location of this light?
tchesney - Thanks! You are so kind.
Tracy - Old buildings in the snow are gorgeous. Since we don't
get any snow here, I would have to drive to the mountains for such a capture.
Julie - I just sent you an e-mail.
Love this...beautiful!
A beautiful lighthouse. The soft light makes for very nice muted colors. Thanks for the scriptures, also.
What a wonderful, clear shot!
A beautifully composed and processed shot.
The vignette acts as a perfect frame and keeps the sky from being blown out.
