Day 8 - Heads or Tails

The hubs came up with the title for this one and I think it is quite fitting. We keep a jar of loose change like I'm sure many people do and I thought it would make an interesting picture for today. Maybe someday when I am rich I will forget what change looks like, but I will have this picture to remind me. lol

Money always looks good...I'm surprised that you still have 1 cent coins!

Grand shot. You'll have to watch for those new pennies to add to your jar.

Welcome to the Challenge! Your photos are all sooo inspiring that it was impossible to pick a favorite so far. Your lighting and composition seems perfect no matter the subject. I am partial to the coins and the perfume bottle shot. Looking forward to continued viewing of your photos in 2011.

Awesome image...I love the clarity and the spot on colors...it feels like I could just reach in and take some money (not that I ever would lol)

Wow, great macro! So nice and sharp and well lit.

My son thinks he's going to make a fortune one day finding a really valuable coin. He just looked over my shoulder and said you haven't got any rare ones there. ;-)

jackscrap - I didn't know that there were places that had taken pennies out of the currency.

kimandrew - It's funny that you are talking about new pennies and jackscrap is surprised we still have pennies. :)

gerberbaby1 - Thanks so much for following and I appreciate the compliments.

tchesney - Reach on in! There's not a whole lot there. :)

Julie - My brother used to save all kinds of rare coins but we ended up pulling them all together to buy my mom a mother's ring when we were kids. Tell your son I appreciate his expert eye. Glad to know I am not overlooking a fortune in my change jar. :) hee hee
