Day 68 - Bird Watching Trivia

As I have said before, my hubs is a mega bird nerd. Anytime we go on an outing of any sort he has his binoculars in tow. Today as I was at a baby resale shop I found a game called Bird Watching Trivia Game. I bought it for the hubs ecstatic at what I had found but unsure I would be able to play with him. Thankfully there are three levels of questions. I, of course, had to take the Beginner questions and did quite well while the hubs took the Expert questions. I told him that despite me not really listening to all his bird knowledge, some of it sunk in!

What will these people think of next ! I think I would not be able to answer even any of the beginner questions !

Who would think there would be a game about this? The Dr I work with is a huge bird watcher. He is currently on a trip to Cambodia to watch birds!

Besides getting good deals at resale stores, I love going because you never know what kind of treasure you're going to find. It's kind of like the thrill of the hunt girl style! Cool picture. I really love how you are so creative with your inanimate object shots. I have to take pictures of a bunch of figurines for ebay and I dread it because they are hard for me to do; I need a little bit of your mojo magic!

I enjoy birds, but I would be a beginner, at best.

You have learned through osmosis! Nice photo and glad you found a game that sounds perfect for your bird nerd

I want that game...my boys call me the "bird lady" lol

I love the shallow depth and perspective of this!

Nice perspective. I probably wouldn't even be able to answer the beginner questions, so good for you!

I've never heard of a game like that. My bird watching days lasted only about a month...and that was only because it was for a class. The game sounds neat though. Great way to document your day!

I love this photo, but I certainly couldn't figure out what game it was without reading your explanation!

I too enjoy birding. Recently while "Phriend" and I were out we spotted a short eared owl. A first sighting for the both of us. This peaked her interest. Several days later we witnessed a bald eagle flying overhead.

I would be a beginner too! My husband and youngest daughter are the experts around here. Love those vintage games and your shallow DOF is the perfect way to view this game.
