Day 197 - Dessert Kabobs

This was our second weekend where Mom hosted a themed dinner for the whole family. This time the theme was Hawaiian. She had her whole living room and dining room decorated with Hawaiian stuff and she even had grass skirts and leis and head dresses for us to wear. With Hawaiian music playing in the background we also enjoyed a family game of Limbo. These strawberry and cream puff kabobs were for dessert. They were as delicious as they look!

Only a few days left to enter for the giveaway! I have only had 1 taker so far on using one of my prints as a prize for their contest. I have 2 left to giveaway. Any takers? Click here to see how you can get one.

I'm finally the proud owner of Photoshop Elements! I am installing it as I type this! I have seen so many great textures and options people use on their pictures with PE. So, if you have a good tutorial where I could start learning how to use this, let me know.

Yummy!
You will enjoy PSE.My advise is just play around and have fun.Just make duplicate copies of any picture you are working with, this saves the original.

Those look incredibly delicious. Congrats on PSE....you'll love it. Yes, play around, but I found Kim Klassen's class really helpful. I think she's doing the "skinny mini" really soon-and I believe that's free or at very little cost. Helps you make your way around things a bit-and she's very good at explaining. Good luck.

Sounds like a wonderful get together, and the strawberries and cream puffs look scrumptious!
