Favorite Photo of the Week Winners - Week 6

Well, we had a drop in entries this week but I'm sure it was just because of the holiday weekend. I'm sure I will be seeing lots of patriotic shots in this week's contest.

PLEASE READ:
Unfortunately, some photos had to be rejected for last week's contest because they were taken after the contest's date parameters.  To make it easier for everyone, I will start including the dates that the contest runs through. Thank you all for your submissions!

What deep rich colors in this gorgeous landscape!

Henrietta always does a fabulous job capturing nature exactly how it should be seen. Beautifully done!

I told Kim that this picture should be on the Zoo's pamphlet. What amazing detail!

Amazing capturing this bird in flight and check out that baby bird with it's mouth open. Adorable!

This week's #1 Favorite Photo of the Week is....

There is so much emotion and history captured in this photo. It makes me want to turn the page and start reading the book. Beautiful textures.

Congratulations, Kristy on being this week's Favorite Photo of the Week! Grab your button below.

Hello, I visited you blog today, and I have to say, I loved your photos. It's nice to go somewhere that has simple pictures with a peaceful atmosphere. I love photography too. I noticed the Hummingbird on your header. The Hummingbird holds a special place in my heart for so many reasons. Me and my daughters just started a new blog, and we would love it if you could visit us and follow. The link is: http://redrosealley.blogspot.com Hope to hear from you, and have a sweet day. The rainbow picture is spectacular.
